1. This Tour Series Program is a B2B Consortium which is a combination of several travel agents from all over Indonesia.
2. Regulations for our reservation system use the First Come – First Serve system

• • If the guest is confirmed to join the tour, please help fellow travel agents to push the DP according to the deposit set for each series, by including a copy of each participant’s passport that is still valid for at least 6 months from the time of return. If there is a revision/addition of names on pages 4 – 5, please attach it as well.
  • Guests who are booked with a DP and have confirmed via email to us, then we will provide a tour confirmation.
  • Guests who have not paid a DP can still be shifted at any time with guests who have paid a DP. Or guests who pay a DP less than the applicable provisions can be shifted, without a deposit refund.

3. Some airlines implement a policy that does not allow name changes, therefore for name changes, the nature of the application depends on the airline and the booking system, if it cannot be done then refer to the refund policy due to own reasons.

4. For tour participants who are over 69 years old, or have physical or mental limitations, must be accompanied by a companion.

5. For tour participants who are over 69 years old, must pay an extra premium for the included travel insurance.

6. For tours that have been deposited, the basic rate is automatically binding, but the international airport tax / Tipping / Visa price can still change at any time without prior notice according to applicable conditions (such as significant price increases due to exchange rates, fuel surcharge increases, etc.) and before departure or tickets are issued (for international taxes). Before a deposit, the basic tour price can change at any time.

7. Our tour price is an All in price (including international tax), with a basic rate binding if the guest has deposited, but international tax is not binding.

9. Issued Tickets cannot wait for the visa to come out. Please submit visa documents a maximum of 1 month before departure.

10. We can issue tickets before the due date, according to the needs or time limits of the related airlines.

11. If there is a delay in payment, payment sanctions can be carried out such as seat cancellation without a refund, and guests are still required to pay the tour costs that have been incurred (if any) and are determined by the wholesaler and cannot be contested

12. Tour Cancellation Penalty by participants – Own Reason (Refund Policy):

• • After Deposit: Down Payment is forfeited
  • After Settlement/payment period: All fees deposited are forfeited or according to the current bill according to the time period

13. We currently apply a fixed refund amount rule for cancellations due to visa rejection cases, which are refunded a maximum of 20 working days from the date of submission by filling in the form link that has been provided.

14. Tour Cancellation Penalty due to Visa Rejection and Medical Related Reasons with supporting medical evidence (Refund Policy):

• • Above 21 days: 50% Down Payment is forfeited (Nominal according to the nominal deposit)
  • 16-21 days before departure: 100% Down Payment is forfeited
  • 8-15 Days: Total refund 30% of Tour cost
  • 3-7 days: Total refund 20% of Tour cost
  • 1-2 days: Total refund 10% of Tour cost

15. Cancellation due to force majeure, such as a pandemic disease outbreak with a travel warning, massive natural disasters that no longer allow tours, and others will follow the next policy that will be determined by the organizing wholesaler.

16. Appeal of refund nominal due to special case can be done maximum 15 days from the time the refund nominal has been determined by email to finance@indotravelstore.com, but our final decision remains inviolable.

17. Tipping is refunded in full for cancellations above 3 days before departure.

18. Visa fees are non-refundable.

19. Especially for Malaysia Airlines/Airasia/Other Low Cost Carriers Airlines, deposits are not refunded for any reason including death and medical accidents.

20. Full Refund if the Consortium does not meet the departure quota. Wholesaler will inform for group cancellation before departure. Group Series can still be canceled at any time even though the status has been definite caused by various things and factors.

21. Participants must make the remaining payment in accordance with the refund policy that has been set, if they have not fulfilled the obligation within the time limit. The Wholesaler has the right to temporarily withhold the passport until the obligation has been paid in full.

22. The Wholesaler is also not obliged to provide proof of airline refunds, proof of hotel bookings, proof of issued tickets, PNR, ticket bookings and others, because they refer to the refund policy.

23. Transfer of departure to the next group series (Not valid for peak season period), following the highest price and must not be more than 60 days from the departure date and must not change status (Initially definite to not definite or move to a series with a different status). => After applying for a group visa, you are not allowed to change your departure.

24. For the Korean Group Visa, we have the right to reject eligibility for the Group Visa and guests must apply for individual visas. Withdrawal from individual visa application is considered as a withdrawal due to own reason (Refund policy based on Own Reason)

25. Rejection or delay in visa issuance is not our responsibility.

26. Wholesaler has the right to refuse to depart passengers who have the potential to commit actions against immigration regulations, indications of illegal stayers or other criminal elements.

27. There is no refund if the tour participant cannot pass immigration or clearly there are criminal elements or falsification of departure documents or clearly has the potential to conflict with applicable immigration regulations in both the country of origin and destination.

28. Wholesaler has no obligation to guarantee passengers in the immigration process or wholesaler has the right to refuse to guarantee guests if requested by local immigration. (especially those who have the potential for visa abuse)

29. Quotation tour for several countries by visiting Shopping stops, If guests do not visit the shopping stop, a mandatory penalty charge will apply.

30. The Tour Schedule or hotel and flight listed may change at any time with consideration of passenger comfort factors which will be determined by the organizing Wholesaler.

31. The flight ticket schedule or especially transit flights may change at any time according to the aircraft policy or wholesaler policy relating to connectivity for flight comfort.

32. If the number of guests collected is less than the minimum total participants, the group can still depart without a tour leader without prior notification. The group will still be assisted virtually.

33. By making a booking and making a Down Payment, the agent and guest are deemed to have understood the rules set by the consortium.

34. Provisions regarding Travel Insurance:

• • That the Insurance Policy included in the Tour Package is Group Travel Insurance in the name of PT QINARA GLOBAL INT In this case PT QINTARA GLOBAL INT acts for and on behalf of the insured.
  • All decisions regarding insurance claims are the decisions of the Insurance Party or Third Party and cannot be contested.
  • That the total claim for insurance costs can be subject to administrative fee deductions by PT QINTARA GLOBAL INT.
